Our prices are in Euro.
For apartment or Holiday home, Chalet per day
and the noticed number of persons (more than 6 nights).
Extra rate for a short stay is 30€ - 100€.
Costs for final cleaning 0€- 160€ or like our offer.
At certain times, only weekly bookings are possible.
The local tourist tax is 3€ per person/day (from 15 years on) extra.
Payment in cash or with previous bank transfer.
No smoking in the rooms.
We take no animals.

Ckeck-in time is from 14.00.
Check-out time is until 09.30 please.

For fixing a reservation we take a deposit.
Cancellation: we apply the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry)

Cancellation until 3 months before the arrival date is free of charge.
Cancellation within 3 month and 1 month before the arrival date
40% of the total price will be charged.
Within 1 month an 1 week we take 70% of the total price.
For cancellation within 1 week of the arrival date,
later arrival or earlier departure 100% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellation with no costs:
With closed borders or closed accomodation, there are no costs for you in the event of cancellation (not even for us)
There are also no costs in the event of a travel ban for the Tiroler Zugspitzarena or a travel ban for the region of origin.
We recommend taking a hotel cancellation insurance
